The user who creates the trip. Has complete control over every aspect: adding, editing or deleting steps, expenses, documents, polls, and guests. Can promote other participants to Administrators.

Within a group trip on ZanZan, roles management ensures seamless collaboration. Discover who can modify the itinerary and who can only access their own private areas.
Escort / Guide
Tour guides and local escorts associated with the trip. They have the same full editing permissions as the Creator to update the group and manage the trip in real time.
Admin Participant
A participant promoted by the Organizer. Has full editing powers to actively collaborate on planning the timeline, expenses, polls, and shared documents.
Normal Participant
Regular participants with read-only permissions for shared areas (timeline, polls, map, escorts), but maintain full control over their own personal areas (packing list, private documents, and personal expenses).
